About Me
Pollawit JaichonPollawit Jaichon is a versatile Thai musician based in Bangkok, working across multiple disciplines as a Trombonist, Arranger, Composer, and Conductor. He is currently pursuing his degree in Western Music at the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Chulalongkorn University, and serves as an official musician for the Musical Division of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration.His performance portfolio spans diverse genres from featured Trombone Soloist with the CU Band at the Thailand International Jazz Conference (TIJC 2024–2025) to performing in orchestra backup setups for iconic Thai pop-rock artists like NUVO and Kong Saharat, as well as playing with the Bangkok Big Band. As a recording session artist, he has contributed trombone tracks for top labels and artists, including SHERRY (Spicydisc) and DTK Boy Band.Beyond performing, Pollawit is a former Band Director & Conductor of the CU Band. He actively arranges, transcribes, and prepares scores for big bands, brass sections, and pop productions, while also composing original classical works for Wind Ensemble and Orchestra.
